This song is based on a real story.

A soldier lost his arms and legs and got blind by a grenade attack. When he was laying on the hospital and also couldn't talk due to his injuries he started to hit his bed with any movement he still could make and kept repeating it. The nurses and doctors thought it was a sign to them to tell them to keep him alive. After a month an other soldier walked in the hospital and figured out it was morse code and that he asked them to kill him.
