I went to my uncle's funeral last Friday, which was pretty upsetting as most funerals are, but as he was a bit of a joker this is what song was played:
Absolutely brilliant, it really lifted everyone's spirits and most people ended up nodding their heads if not "murmuring along". RIP Uncle Jimmy, you will be missed.

I don't have a problem with fat but would still like to trim down, so for the last four weeks I've been following his suggestions to cut down on sugary, "white" carbohydrates and wheat-based foods and increasing the amount of fruit and green veg to compensate. In those four weeks I have lost 3kg of body fat and have felt no hunger pangs at all.
Apparently it takes a couple of months before you have adapted better to the changes but I'm already feeling more energetic and alive. Also I have always detested fruit but am developing a real love of satsumas!
I reckon everyone should check this out, stop beating yourself up with "temporary" calorie-controlled diets and feeling crap because everyone thinks your failure is down to a lack of willpower, which it isn't. A propensity for fat development is a natural consequence of your genetics and hormones, with this book you might learn how to address your hormone imbalances and get to your ideal weight without having to starve yourself.
Give me a shout if you find it as interesting as I have so far! I'm still reading it but can't put it down! :D

I'm a cat person, prefer my felines to my canines, however I can't help but go soft when I see an animal so pleased to get a visit. Grew up in the countryside so I know foxes have got a broad vocal range, but never knew how cute they can be!
How cute, eh?

Got tomorrow off to get our stupidly fast broadband installed, so today feels like a Friday of sorts. Can't wait til tomorrow so I can... get up early to let the engineers in, do lots of housework, go and talk to a mortgage advisor, do a few hours training... actually can I just go to work? It seems like the easier option *facepalm*
