In Defense of the Awesome Tech Support Lady That My Idiot Father Called at 10:00 pm...
If I had to listen to a 52-year-old man rattle off his computer's serial number as, "J-as-in-Jane, Z-as-in-Zeke, W-as-in-Walker..." for TEN GODDAMN MINUTES, and then cringe and ask him to read off another number, I'D BE IRRITABLE AND HAND THAT RETARDED OLD MAN OFF TO ANOTHER TECH SUPPORT PERSON, TOO!! AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE!!

I'm starting to get sick of losing my internet.
This time, my lovely family decided to blow the electricity in the livingroom, effectively killing both the internet and the phone AGAIN. Luckily, my Human Sexuality class isn't meeting this week, so I have plenty of time (12:30 - 2:00) to play on the computers in the labs at school.
