As they say, we don't live in the Information Age, or even the Oil Age. We all have to eat. We live in the Agriculture Age.

I just made the best casserole, and it was so easy! All you need is:

-2 chicken breasts
-a can of cream of chicken
-1/3 cup of milk
-1/2 cup of rice
-1/2 a head of broccoli
-1 large diced carrot
-cheddar cheese

...and bingo! put it in a glass bowl and fling that baby into the oven (preheat 380) for 40-45 minutes. Amazingly cheap, healthy, simple, and a great meal!
