Virtual Life and Real Life.

Well my love of chatting and interacting online has been severely dented recently when I took on a 2 year part time teaching certificate course and the teaching I had to do in order to pass the course. I really miss talking to you all and I feel very guilty about neglecting you all. But I will be back (and yes I did the lousy accent in my head as I wrote that!)

A Christmas Tale.

Every year my Mum would knick all the bins from our rooms. They would get up ended and decorated. One would be Father Christmas, another a snowman or an angel. There would be one for each member of the family and inside each character was a special little Christmas gift for each of us. Dad worked in a seasonal trade, which meant that he was often out of work round Christmas. But he made sure we had a fresh tree each year and that it was always beautifully decorated.

Now I am a Mum and I really appreciate the trouble my parents took to make those times special.
