It was heard across the house.
It was a monsterous sound.
It made adults gasp.
It made children cry.
It made my throat hurt.
Yes indeed, the cause of my pain may sound weak in words, but this cough was not ordinary. It sounded more or less like a sea lions cry when wounded. Every. Three. Seconds. Stupid cold. Wish me well, guys!

I live in a far away land where homocidal mice (no lie), kittens, and fish run wild! With 4.5 cats around, Christmas trees are hard to sustain as I found out the other day...

I came home from being snowwed it.. I was cold... I was tired... and I just wanted to sleep.
When I opened the door I saw it. My kitten perched in our tree fast asleep. This alone was ridiculous, but when I looked carefully I noted that not many ornaments were on the tree... I slowly went to my room, finding ornaments scattered EVERYWHERE...
I cleaned it all up, yes, but even today, our tree is lopsided.
