Hey ya.. Well to post a pick you do the add items... at the top of the comment box when you are going to post someone.. But the shop part... I so cant remember how i opened my shop.. they have chnaged some of the buttons around. But try to go to the top bar in human pets.. Under market hover your mouse over that then a drop down menu will come up.. Try clicking on the my shop.. Since you dont have a shop open it will take you to how to open yours.. Then once its open you need to credits per item to add.. But you can get credits by inviting friends.. I just re-invite people when im running low. Then add more stuff.. Hope that helps... =)
