There was once this lady that lived in a small house. Her name was Julie and she loved to play with her pet cat. Her cats name was Mr. Bow Jangles. As she looked out her window one night she saw a shooting star. She wished that she could see what life was like from Mr. Bow Jangles point of view. Little did she know that she was about to get her wish. When she woke up everything looked much larger then it was. Soon after exploring did she find out that her wish had actually came true. At first she loved it, she played with her old self all day and loved the attention that she was getting. At the end of the day she thought that when she woke up in the morning that she would be her old self again. Morning came and she was still Mr. Bow Jangles. Finally about a month after the switch she was sad that she couldn't be her self again. So she looked out side and saw a shooting star and wished to be her old self again. When morning came everything was back to normal. except for one thing, Mr. Bow Jangles had her body while she was in his so he wished to be human and he got his wish too. Now Julie calls Mr. Bow Jangles, Beau Jangles and they are in a very intimate very committed relationship and she is thankful everyday for having gotten to experience life as a cat. Years later they got married and had some children and the rest is history.

In a large field of flowers there grew a very rare flower. This flower had red petals, black thorns, and a green stem. This flower loved growing in its field since nobody and nothing disturbed it. Then one day a little girl came skipping through the field. She pick some nice daffodils, tulips, begonias, and some roses. Then she saw the happy flower. She walked over to it and looked at it. At first she thought "my this flower looks pretty". Then she thought "Those thorns might hurt a bit though should I pick it". After about 30 minutes she decided to pick the flower. As she was picking it she pricked herself on one of the thorns that the flower had.

At first she thought little of the prick that she got from the flower because she knew not what the flower could do. One month after she had pricked herself she started to feel strange. Soon she started to realize changes that weren't right. First to change was her skin. It started to change a nice deep shade of green. Next she felt her feet taking root to the ground she was standing on. After that she started to shrink till she was about six inches tall. Finally her face turned into the middle of the flower and bright red pedals grew around her new head. Here hair fell out and her hands started to turn into leaves and her arms became there stems. Once the change was complete she realized that she had become the flower that she had pricked her finger on just on month ago. All those that knew her searched for days and they never found her. To this very day she remains rooted to where so is enduring all that the seasons have to offer. At least some other flowers started to grow around her and she soon had company with which she could talk to.

Along time ago there lived a great king named Russel. All the people in his kingdom loved him. The only enemies that Russel had where the kings and queens of other kingdoms. They hated him because his people loved him and theres didn't love them.

One day King Nicholas sent a message to Russel. It said "Dear King Russel. If you tell us how you get your people to love you so much we will not declare war on you". After reading this Russel sent a message back that said "Dear King Nicholas the reason my people love me is because I know what it is that they need and want and I know how to give it to them. I know all this because I was once one of them and I had to survive. So that is why my people love me". Once King Nicholas read this he thought it was a joke. So he assembled his finest men and had then ready to head to Russel's Kingdom. Russel being the great king that he was had already knew that he would think it was a joke so he amassed a fair sized army to defend the castle.

Once King Nicholas' army made it to Russel's kingdom they where ambushed and so they had to retreat. After returning to tell king Nicholas how the battle when he talked with all the other rulers and they amassed all there troops. They soon marched towards Russel's Kingdom where they where sure to win the battle. Again Russel figured this was going to happen and so he talked with all the towns folk and got then to build a nice shelter under there houses. Once the large army made it to kingdom they began to attack. Shortly after breaking in they started to raid the kingdom in search of anyone they could get to use as hostages to get the reason why he was loved by his people but none could be found. So Russel decided that he would confront the army all by himself. The leaders saw him and they told him if he didn't tell them the real reason why he was loved then they would kill him. So he said "The reason why my people love me is because I am a forgiving king. He grew up as one of the peasants of this kingdom and so they feel that I can relate to them and they trust me. If you spent less time fighting amongst yourselves and more time talking amongst your people you will learn what it is that they need and want. Once you learn that give it to them then they will trust you and love you". The other rulers talked amongst themselves and decided what he was saying was the truth and so they ordered there troops back to there kingdoms.

Many years later King Russel died and a queen took his place. Sadly as she became the queen she thought she was better then her subjects and they disliked her but as she was hated more by her people the other rulers enjoyed her company more and more. So when an attack came upon the kingdom the people where willing to give up the queen and so she was killed very shortly into the raid.

After her came another queen who was just as bad as the first queen was. So the villages went in and attacked the queen themselves and destroyed the castle and started a government where the people pick a leader every so often. They figured that picking there leader frequently meant that the leader would be afraid to get power hungry.When the other rulers laughed at the idea saying it would never last. Today we are run by a democracy which is the idea that every so often we pick who our leader is going to be.
