Some of you have asked about the picture....

It was in Dublin on St Patricks Day, 2006, on my friends Stag do. We decided to go out in 70s gear on the evening, after spending the daytime dressed as leprechauns. I bought all my stuff from ebay. What you can't see are the 70s boots and flares. I was sex on legs (really!). We were getting people shaking our hands everywhere we went and got so much attention, it was like being a celeb.

So we went into this bar, and the girl in the picture came over to me and my mates and said in her sexy Irish voice 'I want YOU and YOU in the corner. Now.'. Always game for excitement (and the fact I thought I'd pulled!) I went over to where she was with her mates... and boyfriend... (d'oh!).

She wanted my wig. My moustache. My shades, and at the time the picture was taken, the medallion.

After 20 minutes chatting we decided to move on. To be accosted by more women in the next bar...

Christmas one for you. When I was six or seven (1976/7) me and my (elder) sister came downstairs Christmas morning (at 3am). All the presents were lined up. There were two Space Hoppers without labels on. One of them had a puncture and had gone down. My lovely sister said 'Oh look, Space Hoppers. And yours has gone down'. Me being the younger brother agreed. My dad never repaired it or bought a replacement, so I never ever owned a fully functioning space hopper :-(
