One of my biggest passions is serving the poor- both locally & Internationally. No matter where you go in this world everyone is searching for the same thing: true inner joy and peace. I know for a fact that it lies in the act of love. When you serve others- give of yourself without expecting something in return or for the boost to your ego..you'll experience *IT*...exceptional extraordinary healing and a happiness. What an irony that what we seek hides in the act of giving. I'm not a fan of good intentions...get out there & help someone who needs you.

Here's a few pix of my mission trip to Uganda Africa last Feb'07. Our very small team of 7 raised $25,000 in three months to build school rooms with an outstanding organization called INTERNATIONAL NEEDS NETWORK Canada (innetwork.org). As most know- there is termendous need in Africa- there are over 2 million AIDS/HIV Orphans alone in just Uganda! I write this to encourage anyone who has a heart to help to be BOLD & STEP outside your comfort zones to make a profound impact on the lives of others. This can be done in small or large ways- doing something positive rather then nothing at all is all that matters. BE the change you want to see in the world {Gandi}. Be sure to ask me how you can get involved...it may be the single most important thing you do in your lifetime.
