Easy Going, Loyal Mate who tries to keep smiling. 42 Years old. Married with no kids. Aerobic Instructor in my spare time. Enjoy going to the USA, especially Nevada and Arizona. Going back again this year. Love my Rock music and going to gigs. Thunder have to be one of the most consistant great Rock bands over the last decade or so. Seen loads of major bands but they put on a great live show.
Though it looks like I am a complete poseur, this is not true. Like to take the rip out of myself as much as anyone else. So don't be afraid to talk.

Been a while since I did a tale. Dancing seems to be going OK. But we am always on catch up as we can only go once a fortnight due to me working. Decided to have a few nights off the pop. I actually feel very good today. Don't know if its because of no alcohol or cos its sunny. always fancy a drink on a sunny day. What a dilema. Changed my profile pic back to sensible thanks to a bit of advice. Always like to have a laugh with my posy pics. It winds certain people up. Maybe I will agian if its asked for. I never seem to get many comments on my Human Pets. Maybe its the picture. May start feeling dejected and turn to drink. It Is Suunny Though.xx

So, Been dancing again tonight. Though I seem to be picking it up alright I am never quite sure when they say we are going to do a Cha Cha what exactly I am about to do. Too many dances to remember the names of. Tonight we did the Rhumba, Quick step and the Cha Cha. Its amazing how when it goes wrong its both of us that get it wrong but when we it goes to plan she gets it right. I know its the other way around though. bet you didn't have me down as a Dancer. Mmmmm.

Just been doing a couple of hours overtime teaching Thighs, Bums,Tums and Aerobics mixture. I feel completely Knacked out. I am sure that men are not programmed to do Thighs Bums and Tums. There is something about the Thigh and Bum area on a bloke that is different and I don't mean the obvious. Love using the fit ball though, great piece of equipment. I am sure you have no sympathy with me but if you do Please Thumb or send me a message. I don't get many.

Wednesdays here again. Another two classes to teach tonight. At least we go for a beer after on a Wednesday. Looking forward to a weekend off. Life just seems to repeat itself at the moment. Groundhog day. Thumb if you agree.

Well, Mondays here again. Gotta teach both Step and aerobics tonight. Never really in the mood on a Monday but got to but on my Aerobic face and knock em dead. More likely I will drop dead as the older I get the longer these two hours seem to last. Keeps me fit though. Always enjoy getting home and having a nice cool beer after and finally eating something. Back at work at 7.30 in the morning. I am a glutten for punishment.
