French Martini =)

50ml vodka

12.5ml chambord

25ml pineapple juice



Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass

David Elliott's Vodka Martini

I recently discovered a delicious variation on the martini. It's kind of natural.

3 measures vodka

1 measure Smirnoff Citrus Twist vodka

1/2 measure Martini and Rossi extra dry vermouth

Shake it until it's ice cold (about 1 minute). Pour into your martini glass. Garnish with the lemon peel

I dont know about you but I like to "James Bond" it up some times and head out for a good Vodka Martini!

It can be hit and miss when it comes to cocktails but I though I might give you the heads up. Now I usd to thin Zeta made some preety good cocktails but!

you havent tried anything till you have gone to the roof of star city and sat in the Astral bar to try an Oyster Martini! I have to say it was the best Martini I have ever tried, strong, smooth, fantastic!

not only are the drinks awsome, the view is spectacular with outside decking on a warm night this would be the place to be for any NYE venue

If your looking for a place to chill have a few drinks and good conversation

head to astral!

Hitting the gym after abreak can be hard

but going ballistic at the gym is easier lol

Its strange but im heading to the gym now 3 times a day! so thats three hours of straight gyming each day everyday

People may think im a little bit mad, but hey you need to be focused and determined to get what you want out of life!

so in three months when this photo gets updated, I will look like a new man!

A night out

If there ever was an incredible night out, it would have to be Friday night.
Now I never really meet with people I chat too on the net. But I’m glad I met up with Laura May =)

I was close to a nervous wreak when I met her ! but Laura with her openness and Dazzling personality put me at ease.

When I saw her I knew that I need to show this girl what Sydney is made of! She told me that she hung around Scruffy’s!? I mean if you saw Laura you would know what I mean she looks like a movie star! Glamorous and Elegant!

I couldn’t believe it! I mean a Girl with her class deserved to see only the best that Sydney could throw at her.

So the first stop was gold class cinemas’ to warm up followed up with cocktails at the loft. The conversation flowed along with the Drinks; one thing to know about this Girl is that the more you talk to her the more amazing she becomes!

It was time to change out of the loft and move on, I can never be at one place for too londisable=) I got to keep things moving.

So it was to the establishment for more cocktails! and more great conversation, then I saw the look in her eye that she wanted to dance, so it was off to the Tank!

I will pause there to let you know that seeing Laura dance is amazing, she dances with the grace and passion of a professional Latin Salsa dancer she can set any dance floor on fire

I knew at Tank she felt at home, the music was thumping and her body was moving to the beat, so well in fact that girls around her where trying to copy her moves!
Now I know she doesn’t believe me when I say this! But even my friend Dario said the same thing was happening on Saturday night when we all rolled down to Zeta! But that’s another story =)

Sadly after Tank we had a parting meal at MD’s =) where I had to let Laura go

What an amazing night…………………
