I've found a good way to earn points is to join a thumbing herd. When you first join, you thumb the entire herd (around 35 pages) the post 50 comments of your own. Once your comments reach 10 thumbs each, they are cleared and you're notified to post again. It's really easy and so quick, most members are maxed ever day.
