Hey everyone... Just headed off to the parents' house for a nice, quiet Christmas Eve.... I wish everyone the best. Have a great holiday....enjoy it for what it is and try not to get too disillusioned....even if you do work in retail! :þ Hope to catch up with everyone soon....thanks to all for my presents...can't wait to see them open tomorrow! Happy Holidays!!!

OK... So...I work in retail...right? If you have never worked in retail, particularly during the holiday season....you should. You should apply for a seasonal position at your local Barnes & Noble and watch how things unfold from the other side of the counter. I love working in customer service and I am DAMNED good at it...but there are days when even I am astounded by the seemingly limitless supply of idiocy provided by customers. Most people would not believe some of the requests/comments made by their fellow shoppers. One season in retail and you would never disrespect a sales associate again.
