Saying goodbye to someone when all you want to do is hold on to them is one of the most painful things you can do ~ but sometimes it has to be done in order for us to move on and to grow. Even when the pain is so bad, do not step backwards ~ do not undo all the work you've done in moving forward ~ for this will only make the pain so much worse. It may not seem like it at the time, but the best thing you can do is let go and forget about them.

Be true to yourself and know that you will become a stronger person because of it. If they were 'the one' you would not be feeling like this. Hold on to the memories of the good times, but remember that's all they are now, memories.

Remember, no man or woman in life is worth your tears, and the one that is, won't make you cry.
