Sorry i havent been on in awhile, i really do miss be online either chatting with you guys or playing diablo but i hurt my back more then i thought..I went to the chiropractor wed and i they said i slipped my lower disc...I already had two treatments with adjustments and he wants me to have at least 10-12 over the next month....I can move around somewhat better but still get pain and it hurts to sit in our chair long, I have my good and bad days and just want this pain to go away..I miss you guys and didn't want you to think i forgot you for i haven't... I really hate being limited in what I can do and not exercising now really does bother me cause i feel like i am gaining back the weight i lost but i think what happened was the first time i hurt my back about 6months-1yr ago started this and some of the exercise that affected my back area just irritated the problem so now im afraid to exercise again when i get fully better..I cant wait to im back to my old self..I will try to get on as much as i can, cause i miss you guys alot.. Please dont think i forgot anyone cause i haven't.... Gothic Love always Kristi

We never realize how much we will miss something till we no longer have it anymore, wed afternoon i began my reg exercise routine i been doing since i been trying to lose weight...I guess since it had been a week since i exercised due to female things that i over did it cause my back started hurting so i had stopped...Well Thrusday when i tried getting up i could barely move at all and even had to crawl to the bathroom cause standing up was out of the question even with help..Well i tried a heating pad etc..and still hurt so when me and chris got up friday was going to go to the hostipal but i could not walk down the steps so we had to call an ambulance and they had to put me in some chair and carry me down and put me on a strectcher.First time in an ambulance, when we got to the hostipal they gave me 4 doses of pain killers one stronger then morphine, boy did i feel no pain what so ever LOL,,was feeling good..So that helped me to move around somewhat better then went and got my presciption filled which was vicodon and valium...I am now able to walk alot better and move around but still cant do to much to put strain oin my back but i think i will be better soon..I never thought about how i would feel if lose my ability to walk or move.now I realize never to take the simple things we do on a daily basis for granted for you never know what can happen.


Also I would like everyone to keep some friends in their thoughts and prayers(for the ones who pray)..Sunday morning around 1am a young life was taken way before their time..No one really knows why these things happen.How can one explain a 3month old baby losing their life? I can not wrap my thoughts around it and my heart aches for my two friends who looked at him as their own..RIP Little Man,may you finally be at peace and have no more pain...We shall all miss you
