Have finished my work assignment in Pakistan and can now say that I am settling down in Auckland.

Been spending the last few weeks looking for aj ob and are actually enjoying the interviews. Have had 2 interviews face to face with companies and both went pretty well from my side.

Hoping that something good will come out of them... will know in the next few days.

It is quite different being at home while looking for work as opposed to being at home on holiday. But I am learning to relax and have faith in the process.... that is as long as I can afford to :)

Still in Karachi, one more week to go for this visit. It has been pretty quiet about the place. Pretty much everything is normal but a sense of worry still pervades.

There was a bomb in Karachi the other day, a couple of Forts up north have been lost to insurgents and a bomb blast in Peshawar tonight.
