What to say? Umm, well i've had a full & interesting life so far, experienced some way-out things...right now i'm very happy with where i am within myself & where life has taken me...married with 2 gorgeous little terror-heads & finally living in a beautiful village next to the ocean.

I just fell down the missing back step in an attempt to feed the cat & have done some major damage to my knee as well as my arm...owww

Had a beautiful morning at the beach with the boys...sashimi with lots of wasabi & ginger for dinner...all in all a great day!
