So anyway. I have been at the gym lately because of an overbearing winter and the need/want to look and feel better. I just have not had the same energy that I used to from high school. Needless to say I do not play varsity football anymore but beside the point I am trying to get my six pack back. I must say my arms have finally started to tone out and my back looks better than it ever did but I still have a gut and I am getting discouraged..... Ehhh I am just rambling I just hope I have my cut back by summer before bike week in may at myrtle beach. I would like to wear a tank without being embarrassed haha
