Went to norwich last night to see Black Sun Empire, a hardcore darkstep drum n bass dude from Holland n it fkin rocked! The redbull was flowin, the women where hot n the basslines where so deep my spleen was vibrating at sub-atomic frequencies and actually floated up out of my body! ( ok i made that bit up...) a sweet night out :)

After 4months of solid karate and kickboxing iv decided martial arts is the 2nd best thing to do with the human body :)))))
