here, you don't have to be 18, just as long as your parent signs for you. So a lot of my friends that are like, 16 and such have tattoos. Actually, my one friend is quite a bit younger than me, and she's got one..

i guess it would though eh,? and she had to get it redone a couple time alerady, cause it goes too far down, and that skin gets peeled away.. :S
