So Ive decided to quit smoking and have been for a week now, its brutal. Im on Zyban which makes the nicotine withdrawl go away mostly but man I want a smoke still. Its the habitual ones now. After I eat, certain times at work like when I get in my work van. Smoke breaks were common at work since the guy I work with smokes too. its pretty rough, but i want to be healthier, I work out etc. and I smoke? that doesnt make any sense. So Ive quit...but man its hard.

Okay so someone asked me if I had a better story and I do. This is it. Every day I wake up expecting to have a good day, I make my lunch get dressed and go to work, I get a coffee on the way. I am late. Every single day. I have been late for 5 years. My boss has even changed the time we start work because I was late every day. Now Im more late. I cant explain why. It doesnt matter what time i wake up, I always find things to do in the morning that makes me late. But I still stop at Tim hortons and get my coffee. I work hard all day, Im an Electrical Apprentice, 4 th Year, and I never complain about putting in extra time at the end of the day. My job isnt the easiest in the world, the classification is Construction and Maintenance Electrican. Im a construction worker. I come home from work sore, tired and lately COLD, since its winter. But Im not complaining, I LOVE my job, this is what I live for. I work from 7 30 (technically 7 35 hahaha) until aywhere from 4 until 6 every day, and when i get home I go on facebook for awhile to unwind and relax. After this I usually workout, then I call up a buddy and go out, or have someone over. This is my life. This is my new story :u)
