A Tale or a Tail?

I heard you on the telephone last night, telling the story of your recent visits to somwhat famous landmarks. No, it's not the spectacle of the landmarks that drew my attention, but the "ghost story" you were telling. A leaf fluttering 4 feet high in the air ! ? Do you really expect me to believe this? That it was there, about 10 feet away for more than 5 minutes, never moving more than a foot or two, until you took 2 steps toward it. Then it came closer to you, moving down the hill, until it stopped beside you, about a foot away. You moved a hand out, and passed it over the top, around the sides, and under the leaf, and it just stayed there, fluttering. It was hot and sunny, and you were in a forested area, and could not feel any breeze at all, yet this leaf, moved side to side, and up and down the hill, as if it were in a box, not more than 2 feet wide, and 10 feet long - left and right, and up and down the hill. Do you expect people to believe this? I may be a dog, but to me, it is one tall tale, that even I find hard to accept!

(This really happened, and I still cannot explain it)

Perhaps my brain cant figure out all these fancy things like microwaves, and I am not big enough to reach the buttons, but I am not the one who tried to boil a cup of water on the "defrost" setting! Was 11 minutes a new record? I know.. I know . . . you will blame it on the lack of light, being unfamiliar with that model, or even that you were hung over - still, was 11 minutes worth the wait for a cup of instant coffee?
