Tears falling one by one
On her paper as she writes,
She writes of pain and
Suffering,
She writes of love and
Family
The tears are falling one by one
Upon her paper
They do not stop
They never stop
She cannot stop them
As they fall
One by one

Games

broken hearts
filled with fading memories,
losing friends as you begin
gaining enemies,
these games we play
of treachery and deceit,
these games we play
can bring anyone to their feet
childish pleas,
begging for mercy and calling uncle,
these games of danger, sleuth, and skill,
all ending with that one plunge and kill
but the games, they do not end there
the games move on,
new victims,
new problems
a whole new game has evolved
from nothing more than a story
a story of love and pain
trust and betrayal,
do opposites attract
or is it the one thing that pulls us apart
difference:
difference is not the end
difference just means a new game has hatched
a new game with new players,
victims
and kills

What She Wants

She wants to cry,
Cry loud and hard
On his shoulder as he strokes
Strokes her hair
And whispers
He whispers things like “its okay”
And “this will pass”
But he cant
Because she wont
Deep down he knows her pain
What she wants
What she needs
Deep down inside
His arms for safety
Cradling
Just cradling her
Gently stroking
Tracing shapes in her back
Whispering those little things
“Don’t worry” and
“I love you always”
But he cant
Because she wont

well lately I've really been into poetry, and i wrote a few but all my friends say they're morbid, even though I'm a super happy person(usually). can you guys read a few and tell me what you think?
