its a weird illegal thing, like you can have tattoos when your under 18 but u cant get them, ans the chance of some police coming in when im getting it done in some guys kitchen is pretty unlikely

hey nm. no i haven't got the tattoo yet, ive been busy and i haven't really find a good place to go to. the prob is i live in MA and u need to be 18 to get a tattoo so i have to go to Connecticut to get one
