A little soft touch, a little to the left,
Peel these paints of boredom with your soft caress,
Riding a slow scooter along these green mellows,
In touch, in tune, in love with the soft breezy air,
Lingering memories of the amazing Lilith fair,

Wandering and wondering while strolling past the colourful candy stores,
Only stopping to appreciate the slow ferris wheel crawl,
Nothing! Nothing can stop me now!
Great! Now let's roam to the depths of evermore

The poem for my ever lovely owner Rusty who has so kindly bought my auction as well. She requested a theme of her favourite colour black as well as her wonderful dedication to her pets. So here it is :)

Reveal the moonshine with the drawing of these curtains,
Under the Libra star sign, an outgoing spirit with an artistic mind,
Sinking comfortably into her favourite black dress, the one with the shiny buttons,
Taking in the new air of a new day at the stroke of midnight,
Yet she dances like there is no tomorrow!

Filling the music with beautiful dance steps exchanged with each of her pets,
Every rain drop splashing against the tinted windows provides another coat of comfort,
Opening up the box of randomness in the fields where the sun always sets

I wrote this when I was into my last few chapters of Stephen King's "The Green Mile". And yes, there is indeed a moth in my room...

It was an orange moth, up and down,
With its insane orange color against my tame white walls,
Wings fluttering so violently and fast,
But against these walls, it made no sound,
Not even a still breath, and certainly no apology,
It comes and goes as it please,
Just like the buzz of the electric energy,
But you know it is going to hurt,
Because silence is most torturous,
When its intangible presence is where all your pain will be heard

Alright, here is the explanation behind all my tales. Once in a while, I will post some auctions offering a poem for the winner using their name as a guide to create their poem. So the winners get to choose their theme and off I go thinking of something.

Yes, I do find thumbing a million pages (a few pages is fine though!) too painful and in a way, I'm finding back my writing muse.

The poem for one of my winning auction bidders, Lorain :)

Listening, just whisperings,
Orange streaks crawled through the skies,
Reading, another form of thinking,
All over the mediocre mind,
Inspire, the spark that starts the fire,
Never withering is the unfound love,

Hand in hand, the ginger cats walks with us,
Over and over, from vapor dawn to milky dusk,
Whistling out...a familiar unknown tune,
Easing in...the warmth of a busy afternoon,
Lovely! Shouting on top of the mountain,
Lovely! Whispering in tune with the fountain
