It was dark and quiet at 7:00 this morning. Every snow-crunching step I took seemed to echo down the street. No one was out driving. It was just me and the sound of my footsteps. And the snow was beautiful floating ever so lightly onto my face. I'm not usually one that likes the cold, but for some reason this morning I didn't want to get into my van to drive to work. I just wanted to stand in my front yard with my dog Ginger watching the snow fall. But, I had to go to work. So off I went and worked steadily until I was able to go back outside again at 11:00. I was expecting the same atmosphere only with daylight. But to my surprise....... The snow was melted...... it was raining...... and there was a big puddle in the clinic yard...... Damn Michigan weather!
