18th may 2008 it's time to go home... a part of me wants to stay in hong kong forever, the part that does not want to relive painful memories here, the part that does not want to see some people here... well, that's not possible.. haha. anyway nothing much really happened today, except lazing around at home watching tv, and finally went to the airport. as usual, i cried on the train to the HKIA because i really miss ivy and mike, and hell, even meow meow! a pleasant surprise, well, 2 surprises, met me at the airport. jes came to pick me (i already expected), and then sheila came running from behind (surpise 1). mum and 2nd suddenly appeared later (surprise 2), but i guess i was too tired to be surprised.. haha.

17th may 2008 went to mike's house to pay respects to his dad. i still can't believe he's gone... after that, had dim sum and went shopping at tung chung. i had promised myself not to shop anymore, but the things thre were so cheap, so i bought anyway! hah! i just pray my luggages (yes, i came with half a luggage, and am going back with two, woo hoo!) will not be overweight.. vani, tommy and ruby came over for dinner, and ruby brought a jurlique bath foam that i must try, and it was fab fab fabulous!!! i am gonna finish up with my heroes season 2, then head off to bed... i don't wanna leave hk!!!! *sobs.

16th may 2008 macau macau macau! god i woke up so ealy today! we pretty much covered all of the tourist destinations in macau, thanks to hio fong! had 5 meals today. first up, dim sum at an old school tea house. next, went to th war-torn church (what's left of it was the front) and had noodles for second lunch. home-made coconut ice cream was next, followed by a visit to an old school pawn shop. after that we had macau's trademark porkchop burger. went to some hill (don't know the english name for it), then off to portugese dinner and casino! didn't gamble though. visitors of the venetian beware - i took a full hour just walking level 3 of the mega mall/casino/hotel! desserts was next and a visit to the local red light district.. then, it was back to hong kong.. and what a small world! leslie is staying with a friend, who knows ivy, and we are adtually staying in the same apartment block, but just 2 stories down!! gonna watch tv and zzzz...

15th may 2008 went crazy todat at h&m. i actually went there twcie today. wahahaha. bought a tonne of stuff, and now i am worried about how to bring them all back.. keke. enjoyed a moment of solitude in my taxi ride from central to causeway bay. i realised that so much has been on my mind lately that i haven't even had the luxury of spending some "alone time" for myself. i was really grateful. that 15 mintues was a little piece of heaven..

14th may 2008 caught up with carlos for light lunch today. i missed him the last time he came to singapore because i went to japan, so i had to meet him.business talk.. spent the rest of the day at home surfing the internet, chatting with friends, and watching "heroes" season 2! god i love how i can laze around at home not doing anything productive! cleaned the house though. and for dinner, ivy cooked! surprise! and angelyn came over... then, it was back to "heroes"...
