Think you need to speak to Dave to be honest because he's saying differently. I suggest you ask yourself why he's telling you one thing and me another. I only bought him on here because he said you had split up and that he wasn't speaking to you anymore so I didn't see the harm as I still speak to him as friends, as far as I'm concerned you're welcome to him. I don't want to be involved in your arguments anymore, it's nothing to do with me. I'm not flirting with him in any way, shape or form, it would be pointless if I did that because if I did we may aswel just get back together really and I'm not interested like that.
I don't need to make anyone jealous and I wouldn't do that anyway, I'm quite happy with what I've got in my life at the moment.
