Americans are crazy =.= omg how can they get so work'd up over something so stupid yes u are in the wrong department i need to transfer u sry dont freakin cry at me.. And other agents need to stop being so fukin stupid if u see they have RF and u got them online who gives a fuk do a T/C for the RF its a sale maybe and it makes it so the customer doesnt have to cry/scream at the next agent..

New yrs ~ After work me and my mom, sister and a friend all got together played Pixar Monoply and watched some movies and eat yummy food. And at 9pm we had are new yrs, We followed the East cost's time cause i worked at 5am the next day =.= grr evil work makin me go to bed early.
