today we cooked:lunch-cottage pie with garlic bread, dinner was a lamb with barley in red wine casserole served over pistachio & saffron rice pilaf,dessert will be banana & blueberry tarts with icecream

i 4got to add last weeks cooking to my tales! here's what we cooked:lunch- little indian chicken pies,entree wedges,dinner bean & banger soup with garlic bread & dessert was a yummy cake-banana muesli with cream cheese frosting :)

another good day of cooking! lunch was rice noodles with chicken stirfry with honey soy chili sauce & veg, entree was chick veg noodle soup,dinner was spinach & ricotta lasagne (1 of my faves) and dessert will be a cheesecake slice,with strawberry jelly on top ( we will have that soon)

i'm off to the orthodontist wednesday, nearly 7 months now it has been, 2 years in total they will be on, i guess it's going fairly quick, and my teeth are straightening up so well!
