So... after visiting our head office in Cape TOwn I was pleased to discover that I was well recieved..... I also discovered that the HO ppl were also human ..... who knew :)

It also turns out that it is the hotels fault if there is any noise from a street nearby. As if the fact that we are in a city does not matter.
