Went to Decanter at Hartamas yesterday to celebrate Jo-Ann's 19th birthday. 7 jugs of Tiger Draught for 7 people. RM30 per person. Not too bad. :)

'We Were Soldiers' starring Mel Gibson is one hell of a movie.

"My father served in Vietnam and we were eager to see this movie. He was wounded in combat now has a prostetic leg. I saw this with my father and I also saw Platoon with him. All the people that didn't serve in Vietnam and say Platoon was a better movie, well my dad laughed at Platoon saying "We didn't go around killing our own guys." What did he do at We Were Soldiers? He didn't say anything; while we were leaving the theater he stopped, sat back down, and broke down crying. Now if that doesn't speak realism to you I don't know what does."
