Looking up, I'm falling under.
Meet me at the place where you,
considered me a friend.
It's been so long and I'm trapped in waiting.
I've lost my way, can you,
remind me how to get there again?

I'm losing time.
What I have left is shorter,
than what I've left behind.
The time it takes
to get to places
I remember in my mind:
My heart is bleeding
and I can't recall,
how to get from here,
to anywhere at all.

Shadows silent, shadows watching.
Shadows are the maps I've used
when following the footsteps in my head.
And now they're gone, disintegrated,
burned to ash and blown away
drifting like, dandelion skin.

We're redefined.
what we have left is weaker,
than what we left behind
and the mistakes
I made along the
way consistently revealing:
My life was needing
and I don't recall
believing in
what we left behind.

I guess it's time
to step out of the shadows
and see the dandelions
dancing in the wind.
