It's been a long time that I haven't give an update to this tale since I am busy figuring a new job and having interview preparations.

Just get back today from a second interview, and hope good news would come sooner than later.

Hopefully, there's still hope out there.

Finally I decided to quit.
I can't stand against those "hard working" leaders and "reasonable" requests.

This reflected on the fact that among the 6 engineers recruited, 4 were already quitted within 1 to 3 months of time, and the 5th would be me.

Not knowing exactly the timing is though, I will draft the letter of resignation and resign for the first time of my life.

I believe there are still better chances waiting outside for me.
