About me:
I'm 50% girly-girl, 50% tom-boy. I love to have chats with friends over coffee or a good meal. I love the ocean, sand between my toes and a cold Miller Lite. I think I'm a damn good friend, probably because I've been hurt by friends in the past, and know what it's like...and never want to do that to someone else. I'm not perfect, and I like it that way. So, I have a new "owner." What he doesn't understand yet, of course, is that I, cat, cannot be "owned." He can pay as much as he likes to borrow me, but I will still, per cat standard operating procedure, do whatever the hell I feel like. If that means I rub against his leg, purr when he pets me, nuzzle his neck, so be it. But, if that means I chase his favorite gerbil around the house in that little "gerbil ball" it runs around in, so be it as well! God, that gerbil drives me nuts! I want to eat is SOOOO bad. MeOOOWWW! I think I've been distracted.

A guy wrote this in his myspace. and it should make you think... I know way too many really beautiful girls who think they don't look good... It hurts... because it's our fault, guys I mean. We make girls feel like they have to be perfect. You know what I mean, flat stomach, big boobs, round booty, long legs, sexy lips, and on top of all that, they have to dress like a whore, and be one as well... nobody can measure up to that... and its not fair... because nobody should have to. Girls prefer being called beautiful instead of hott or sexy. The little imperfections are what make people special. If everyone was perfect the world would be so boring, variety is what makes life interesting. So guys, stop making girls have to live up to your, I'm sorry, our... deluded fantasy visions of perfection. Stop acting like boys and start being men... realize that women don't exist to fufill our sexual desires. Hmm, day 122 of my captivity, and I think my owner is onto me. He hasn't fed me, petted me, or even chatted with me for over a week. Maybe he realizes, finally, that I am CAT and no one owns me. Oooh, or maybe he's dead and I'll be left here to starve and fend for myself. Now I'm getting scared, because I need someone to keep me in the manner to which I've become accustomed. Hmm, maybe I'll have to start appreciating him more!
