The puppy and the girl had lots of fun together. They went to the park, the store, sports games, they went everywhere together. Much time passed, in which the two were passionate about eachother. Then things began to change... suddenly the girl began to seem distant, the puppy began to get docile. Play times with classic games such as fetch came few and far between. The two still loved eachother, but the girl began to feel as though love was meant to feel like something more than the friendly comfort the two felt around one another. The girl would spend more time on the couch with the dog in her lap softly stroking his furry head than reading the books she always loved creating the music that kept her free and studying to get the grades she had began to see fall. The puppy spend more time pining for the girl practicing his tricks to make the girl smile than he did on creating the art which he loved, practicing day and night to make himself the top dog he always wanted to be. The two were holding the other back from the girl and dog that they wanted to be... I can show you a picture... the last picture ever taken of the girl and the dog together... its colors have began to fade... but the intense feelings and vivid story it tells still shines through the eyes of those two. In both of their eyes you can see the truth... the two knew that was the last picture... they both knew that was the last embrace... the last kiss... if you look deep into their eyes you can see that underneath it all, they knew the time of playing together in the park was over... and would never come again... the very next week, the puppy was sent away 8000 miles to a distant land, the girl remained with the wealth of squeeky toys she had aquired... and a heavy heart that knew what she must do. The puppy was confused... upset and mad at having to leave the girl and didn't understand, he didn't want to understand although he knew... you could see it in his eyes, he knew what must happen as well... The ties between the two were slowly pulled and strained as the distance grew, sometime along the plane ride between those two lands those strings snapped... the puppy went limp in a puddle of tears as if shot in the head by an invisible handgun. The girl was prepared and thus never shed a tear, merely turned toward the things she had found comfort in before she had met the puppy in the park. And so this story seems to have ended right where it began with the girl apathetic and the pup emotionally drained in the rain. This isn't however, the end of this tale, the puppy eventually recovered his muscle strength and began to walk alone, the two are currently improving themselves, upgrading to the status at which they hope to be. I really can't tell you if they talk much anymore... at the moment, it doesn't really matter. All I can give you is a recent excerpt from the pages of the dog... and of the girl... perhaps the two books continue to cross over from time to time. The pup still dreams of a future where perhaps the two will once again be together on a sunny day in a park and be able to merely sit together, trying to hold onto the pieces of themselves as they discover eachothers new abilities, perhaps the girl still misses the pup as well and perhaps there are times when she also wishes for that moment in the future. But this much I can assure you of... the girl and the pup will not give up, on themselves or eachother. (a recent excerpt from the book of the pup) "As the pup looked down the long row of passengers down the near endless row of cars, he couldn't help but wonder, was he really the only one on board still standing under his own power... as he glanced down both directions he could see that he was... and he couldn't help but think of the girl, and silently thank her for the things she had done for him and the strength she had given him to once again be standing on his own. He merely hoped that he had done as much for the girl, although he knew he had done the best he could. He just looked down and continued outlining the crest the two had called theirs and shared for so many months...

Once upon a time there was an adorable puppy who nobody petted or played fetch with and he grew up bitter because of it. Then along came a beautiful young girl who saw the puppy and threw him a tennis ball. The puppy followed the girl home and the two played all night with the tennis ball and assorted squeeky toys. The girl now owns the puppy and whispers kind words into his ear and plays with him everyday. The girl saved the puppy from himself and a life without love. Thank you girl.
