Wow. Have you ever noticed that when you are feeling under the weather you can just sleep the whole day and then go back to bed at night and sleep some more. Well, I did that the other day and lost a day.

I find that I don't like missing a day because you know you should have done so much with that time and yet, it felt good not to do anything but, let myself heal. So, that being said, I feel better today having slept the other day. I don't feel guilty that the dishes didn't get done, that I didn't make any phone calls and I am sorry I missed my brother's visit but, I don't feel bad because I feel better today because of it. So, big brother I may not have seen you that day but, I will see you soon because I took care of me that day. Love you all and I am beginning to really love this new me that says no once in a while and that knows when to be selfish just a bit in order to keep my sanity.

I don't understand why some people on Human pets are so rude and vulgar. I thought the whole point of this was to have fun, meet people and just relax. But, instead, I bought someone randomly for fun and got in return got the "F" bomb dropped in a message that said I'm not for sale so don't buy me. Well, then what the heck are you on here for? It's not reality here. I'm not really buying you personally. Sheesh, relax people because life is too short to act all high and mighty and miss out on someone that just might bring a smile to your face. If somebody buys you on here that should make you feel good. It's all in FUN..has everyone forgotten how to have FUN. Well, that's my little rant about this subject, I hope you all have a FUNtastic day.

Recently, I was reminded just how much we take our lives for granted. And we take our children for granted. Forgetting how fast they grow up. My youngest is 10 years old and spends a lot of time on the computer chatting with her friends and playing games. But, she has been very angry and rude when it comes to myself and other family members. When I spoke to her about it, she started to cry and tell me that she feels all alone because nobody spends time with her. Well, we do spend time with her but, it seems that we don't spend enough. We forget that she still needs a lot more of our time because of her age. So, I have made a promise to myself and to her that when I get time off work I will spend at least an hour that night with just her and when I get a weekend off we will have mommy - Lisa time. Since my job is an afternoon shift and a lot of weekends it can be hard to find time. But, time I must find because I love my children dearly and my youngest is clearly asking for it. After all, very soon she will not be spending as much time with me. She will be a young adult and before I know it all grown up. I am going to do the things that I did with her when she was much younger. I am going to bake with her, do crafts with her, read with her and just chill and watch t.v. with her. As she grows our activities will change but, hopefully she will remember and cherish her childhood years and our time together as much as I cherish our time together. Oh and I am going to continue to tell her every day how much I love her and how special and great she is.

I am not on here very much because of work and family. I come here to communicate with my brother and check it out a bit. This is something that takes time to learn and unfortunately that's something I don't have a lot of to myself. Maybe that is not unfortunately. I consider myself very blessed to have a job and a home to live in. Now if I could just get my debts paid off it would be so much nicer. I know it seems debt is something most of us have until we die. Sometimes I wish that we didn't have so much because then we wouldn't want so much. It's funny when the computer goes down to watch us all freak because we don't know what to do with ourselves. So, I'm going to see what happens on my next day off and try not to use the computer as entertainment and instead I"m going to try to do some of the things I used to do. Like, knit, bake and maybe read a book. Wonder if I'll succeed.
