So, I have invested in an airbrush system so I can start doing airbrush foundation and blush on my models.

I was very frustrated with the shoot from my last tale, so I will also be purchasing a ring flash from Alien Bees.com. That way, I don't have to rely on trying to rent equipment or trying to figure an elaborate light system.

And I have a cold, so I'm not feeling so hot. :(

AAARRRGGHH! I am so annoyed! I have this super-fabulous model I work with a lot coming to spend the weekend with me next weekend and I cannot secure a location to shoot in! I had a great place in mind, with loads of windows and rooftop access, but it's not available. :(

I do most of my work outside, but I was wanting to do something different. I've GOT to think of something. Where I live, there are a lot of rustic settings. I'm ready to change it up and have more urban settings. This model has pink hair (as seen below from a previous shoot), she's just not going to look right outside of a dilapidated barn.

I suppose I could look into renting a studio space, but then you have to deal with artificial lighting and I really have very little knowledge about that. Feel free to throw thoughts and ideas my way.
