ok, so i have my first client (unofficially of course because i'm not qualified) doing spinning with her, and i've induced some pain (and i found it quite thrilling.... i might have been a torturer in a past life - if there is such a thing). i hit a bit of a slump recently with my training.. and am now back in the game. a fresh bout of motivation.. and i'm ready to GO!!! YAY!!
