Working from home today and I've got the TV on in the background for company. I was just had Countdown on and I think the winning contestant must be the hottest guy they have ever had. I can't believe it; A hot man on Countdown? The end of the world is definitely nigh.

I got my yellow belt in kick-boxing yesterday. After doing it for 9 mths I thought I might as well do grading. I just didn't want to spend the money. I do it for fun and to keep fit; I'm not that interested in grades.

Today I experienced for the first time what it's like to be the scarlet woman. It was interesting and not at all bad actually.

I have a friend that wants to mix sex and scalpels. Not my cup of tea. Or rather, it is a cup of tea that I wouldn't drink, as I don't like tea.

Looking younger than you are is both a blessing and a curse. I admit that I do often portray myself to be young/ naive in order to make friends and influence people. But in some situations all I want is for someone to see my experience in my face and be less assuming.

N.B. I never use 'youth' as an excuse for being at fault.

It's good when people are civilised and respectful. It isn't too hard; it's just a case of being open, honest, understanding, and treating others how you'd like to be treated yourself.
