Angelina Jolie needs more kids like I need a hole in the head.

Damned Wal*Mart... working there, I see all those stupid tabloid magazines and know way more about celebrities lives than I really need to/care to know. That's just how boring it gets. :P

I'm really quite bummed about the death of Heath Ledger.

Not only was he was wonderful actor with a lot of potential - Mel Gibson saw big things for him - but he was DAMN hot.

And the hype over his last completed movie - The Dark Knight - is going to be terrible now. People were already wowing themselves over his completely different rendition of the Joker from Jack Nicholas' version, but now all the advertisements leading up to it will, guaranteed, focus on seeing "Ledger's last performance".

What a sad day for the movie industry. What a loss. :(

My New Year's resolution this year was to cut out refined sugars, starches, and overall eat better.

I've stopped eating white foods (milk, rice, pasta, white bread, potatoes, etc.) for the most part ... I've allowed myself to cheat a little bit here and there with cheese and whatnot. Also stopped drinking soda, lots of water and tea now, and no more candy/sugar in general.

Will be interesting to see how well and how long I can keep this up before giving up like I do with most other things....

I work midnights at Wal*Mart. There's always a story to tell there. Besides the drunks trying to get alcohol right before or after we stop selling it, it takes a certain kind of person to shop (and work!) retail during third shift.

Like the old guy that comes in at 4:30 every morning, on the dot, and buys nothing more than 4 bottles of gatorade and a 12-pack of soda.

Very weird stuff. :)
