So, on saturday the 1st of March, I went down to the Mardi Gras in sydney for the very first time, as a parade official, and it was awesome!!! I had so much fun, and the crowds were pretty much well behaved in our area, except for a few random tree climbers, lol!

It is definately something I will go to again next year, it was just so much fun. The atmosphere was great, and everybody had a good time.

Ok, so, this totally looks like snow in our backyard, but in actual fact, Bindy (oh sweet innocent Bindy) must have gotten extremely bored or frustrated the other day, because she decided to tear into her pillow, and drag it out into our backyard, hence the 'snow'.

Oh yes, she's a very clever dog, she looked so proud of her accomplishment...

Of course, Mark didn't agree with that, considering he was in charge of the clean up crew, consisting of only one member, himself...

Ok everyone, I think I may just have the weirdest cat in history...

Not only does she not like ice-cream, but one of her favourite foods is lettuce! Yep, I'm telling the truth! Good old iceberg lettuce!

So...I am feeling sooo tired at the moment, I haven't been getting much sleep lately. Why's that you ask? Well, it just so happens that we have a regular visitor at our house, and he likes to keep us awake every night, running through the roof.

Well, I am very excited about my nephew being born on wednesday the 20th February, although he came about 7 weeks too early (guess he couldn't wait!), he's doing very well!
