By breath or torrent it exists,
it fills up all of the emptiness,
It sweeps away the dust and dirt,
the heartache and the loss and hurt.
It carries with it all that it can,
the clouds, the sun, the plastic bag,
It follows, flows and fills the gaps
meandering, til the dust is undone.
With all swept clean it carries on,
it seems to be just hither and yon,
but it sweeps quietly past us.
Quietly, whispering.
The wind it never shows itself,
