My dad got into a bad wreck Tuesday night. He flipped his race car a few times, hit two trees while flipping, then got thrown out of the car and hit another tree with his body. He has 6 broken vertebrae, all 12 ribs on left side broken, and two bones in his right arm broken. He has a collapsed lung on the right side, and blood collecting on the left lung. He is on a respirator. He did well through the night last night. He is in tscu (the trauma intensive care unit) at McLeod in Florence.

Ok, I am finally done shopping..done..Grace and I went tonight to Walmart..we got Gardiner more than I had originally planned on...I was not supposed to buy him anything for christmas because I already had bought him a new guitar and computer..so I just bought practical stuff for him to open Christmas morning..all from Grace of course..we got stuff for the family that we "adopted"..and a present for her teacher...then usual household things..I do not want to step back into another store until next year..when we got out to the parking lot I opened the trunk and forgot that she had a big doll in there..she saw it an loved it ...glad I only had one thing in there for her to find..the rest is under the bed and in the closet (hopefully to be wrapped this weekend and re-hid until dec 24th..which I have off work now :D)...but, like I say..we are done..nothing else can fit under the tree or anywhere else...DONE..Merry Christmas...

well, tonight we have to go on the tree hunting adventure again..we went last night but they were all too big. so unless they got a new shipment, we have to go to another town...I also went shopping with a headache yesterday..no fun..and had to pull the magic trick of buying presents for my kid who was with me...it all worked out and my headache is gone now..kinda

I am about to finish getting ready to go to the beach for a couple of days of romance. yay! too bad it is so cold...ah well the room has a hot tub, I'm sure we will be fine..heheh
