Passion, it's a fantastic thing, i had an internal interview today for my ex bosses job, and i got so enthralled describing my ideas and passion for training my staff i feel a renewed sense of myself. i hope everyone is a passionate about things in their life; )

Does anyone else believe, that a guest called a "therapist" to come to his hotel room at 2:45am?? Yes sir, i believe there is a 24hr spa in the area that is sending you a beauty therapist....why do people think if you're pretty your stupid??

Rules of the hotel indusry
1 - if you gonna go out before work, then be prepared to be drunk, and hungover all in a few hours - yes its usually worth it.
2 - always be ready to argue with guests why they can't take a prostitute to their room.
3 - someone will always forget the keys that are needed in their office and force you to break in
4 - 9 time out of 10 guests will swear at you or call you a racist.
5 - there will always be a idiot who thinks cause he stays in the hotel he can go swimming at 2am
well thats it so far but hey still have 6 hours of work left: (
