One day in the middle of the night,
Two dead men began to fight.
They faced eachother back to back
and drew their swords and shot eachother.
The deaf man said he hear,
The blind man said he saw,
and the dumb man said he told the police
which came running around a straight corner half killing a dead cat.
This story was told by an old man sitting at the corner of his round table
blowing smoke off his cold potato.
