the last week I've been struggeling because I have to work standing at my desk all day..... if I don't nobody will do it for me and I will not get enough to keep the knee breakers at bay..... today I will walk until my body calls out, will show forrest gump how it is done...it is so hard, this breaking out...so hard to make these decisions intended for only people who can.....
sometimes one get to a unmarked path which only GOD knows and the more you try to turn around or run away the more you realise that you are not in control...every move causes ripples which could not be stopped, have you ever tried?...to stop ripples on water?...you only cause deformation and make it ugly..................

what a surprize when one realise that there are no spare bodies to be given once the original is broke.....life is not a movie.....and although some people may believe that reality is a myth, even they cry out when they realise they have been misled..... :)

of course I can't sit yet, but I believe that I will be able by 4th December.....by January I should be able to hike again and start concentrating on the specific muscles for mountainbiking... :)

oh how wonderful!!! :)...I can walk 4km at a good pace already.....I can feel the difference every day and am grateful for another chance.....still so much more to do and to enjoy, can't wait to smell the african bush, swim in rock pools and listen to the heavy breathing of a lion through just a thin layer of material.....I will only enjoy it more and give myself more...how great is my Maker for giving me this grace..... :)
