There is a darkness that lives in all of us. Some choose to ignore it and bask their lives in the light of faith or some equally muted practice, others embrace it and it consumes them. Then there are those who recognize that it is a living part of each of us, it shares accomodations with the bright serenity.
Define the darkness within you, dont let it define you.
Find something or someon who makes you happy, and stomp the sadness from your lives everyday as if it were the head of something small and annoying... Cause most times... It is.
