I do know a bit about real estate investing. Not as much as my friends (they are real estate agents). I know right now is not a good time to be investing in real estate. Mortgage loans are hard to come by. I will tell you more about it if you want. But I am going to have to do it by message.
As much as I would like to write a note on it. I would pretty much offend some of my close friends with what I would say.
